International Competitor Application to Taitaja2025 Turku opens on Dec 2nd 2024
The Finnish National Skills Competition Taitaja is the largest annual vocational education event in Finland. On May 5th–8th 2025, the event will be organised in Turku with goals of attracting over 70,000 visitors to take part in the activities.
The competition for the Finnish championship includes approximately 50 skills and over 400 competitors. Certain skills in the Taitaja2025 final competition are open for international guest competitors from all around the world. The event will function as an international rehearsal for future Skills competitions. International Skills organisations and schools are offered a chance to send students, EuroSkills 2025 competitors and experts to join the event.
The application for international competitors and experts is open from December 2nd 2024 until January 20th 2025. To apply, contact your national Skills organisation.
Please note that all applicants are not automatically accepted to participate in the competition, but everybody will be notified of their application results by February 17th 2025 at the latest.
