Landscape Gardening
Tasks of this skill category are based on Vocational qualification in Horticulture. The profession name of the vocational qualification is puutarhuri (gardener).
The working place can be, according to the competence area, for example as a seller in a flower and garden shop, as a farmer in garden production or in maintaining tasks of landscape gardening or green areas.

Description of the skill
Landscape gardening is a technical field where machinery and equipment, as well as use and knowledge of flora, play an important role. The competition task may include plants, pavements, stairs and versatile material used in landscape gardening.
Tävlingen är en individuell tävling utan övre åldersgräns.
Skill requirements
The competence requirements are based on the vocational qualification in horticulture, the competence area of landscape industries. The competence requirements correlate with the skill level “Excellent”, including the competence requirements of task modules.
