Taitaja2025 Turku is committed to providing an equal and respectful environment for all participants. That’s why we follow the principles of a safer event. All competitors, skill area personnel, competition supporters, staff, and visitors are expected to adhere to these guidelines.

• Everyone has the right to participate in the event in peace and feel safe. Everyone is entitled to both mental and physical integrity.
• Bullying, racism, or discrimination of any kind have no place at Taitaja. We value diversity in all its forms—including sexual orientation, body types, gender, ethnicity, and abilities.
• We strive not to make assumptions about each other’s identities or backgrounds. Everyone has the right to define themselves.
• We respect the competitors and skill area personnel by not giving unsolicited advice or interfering outside the competition areas.
• We speak about others respectfully and use appropriate language. We foster a positive atmosphere by encouraging everyone equally.
• If we witness inappropriate behavior, harassment, or discrimination, we each have the right and responsibility to intervene or contact the event’s harassment contact persons or security staff. The security team has the authority to address inappropriate conduct and remove individuals from the event if necessary.

If you witness or experience inappropriate behavior or harassment at the event, you can contact our harassment contact persons or the security staff.

At Taitaja2025 Turku, the harassment contact persons are available at the Turku Fair Center (in the room behind the Info desk), and they also operate throughout the event area as needed.
Security personnel can also connect you with the harassment contact team.
